5 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE YOU RENT A HOUSE

I have heard in some quarters that the kind of house you live in determines how successful you will be. Some have claimed that when they were in a particular house, they had series of problems, such as accidents, running into debts, loss of a loved one, etc.
Others too claim that they achieved progress and eventually moved to their own house. Although the above bogus claims have not been scientifically proven, the following factors are worth considering when planning to rent a house:
1.       Security: is the house in a community where armed robbery is rampant? You need to find out
2.       Accessibility: does it have good access roads? Does erosion gather around the house? Surely, you do not want to be scared to go to your rented apartment whenever it rains.
3.       Know the landlord/landlady: some tenant hate to rent a house where the landlord resides. They blame this reason on the bad experience they had in the past, some landlords/landladies are a pin in the neck
4.       Comfort: will the apartment provide the kind of comfort you desire? Would you be proud to bring your friends to the house?
5.       Accumulated bill: Some houses have accumulated light bill. You need to find out the situation before you move in.
